Yes the bye rounds are done and we can revert back to a full list of games. No more breaks for the rest of the year.
Which will be a welcome distraction for the AFL given the current state of affairs at that sporting graveyard, the Gold Coast.

And again the question must be asked of the AFL football media.
Why was the identities of the Essendon 34 so expansively protected (until Rubbo released the names after about 2 years), yet Melbourne and Gold Coast players were named early (under the same PED issues) and the Suns player is named very quickly this week?

Why protect players from one club under case A, but not other clubs' players under both case A and B?

And other questions from this is how can the AFLPA maintain the current drugs policy and surely their 'player education' policies and protocols are in tatters.
Whatever they have been instructing players around both banned PEDs and illicit drug use (and effects on health, welfare and career) is not worth the paper its written on.

This weekends tips present what may well  be a perfect tipping weekend... but probably not.

Geelong may do enough to defeat Adelaide, suggests the form indicator. Adelaide also struggled against Carlton and Brisbane and lost to Hawthorn and Fremantle in recent times, so clearly are a chance to drop this one.

Can't be confident about tipping Essendon too. Most likely to be a Saints win, purely as Essendon are imploding, have only 1 win against anyone above them (12 other teams above them, and have lost to 8, yet to play the other 4).
Saints are actually showing a sense of purpose and form recently.
